Individual reflection
Due: December 19, 2025
After completing your project presentation and report, each student must submit their own individual reflection to Gradescope.
This reflection gives you a chance to step back from the technical details and think critically about your learning process and project experience.
Format
Your reflection should be approximately one page of text (single-spaced, around 400–500 words). Bullet points are fine for some sections, but aim to be reflective and specific. This doesn’t need to be long.
You may use any document creator (Quarto, LaTeX, Google Docs, MS Word). Please submit a PDF called reflection.pdf.
What to Include
Please address the following questions:
Learning Outcome
Did you answer the question you proposed in the data proposal?
If not, what did you learn instead, and how do you feel about that?Challenges and Problem-Solving
What were the main challenges you encountered during the project?
How did you approach or overcome these challenges (if you did)?Feedback and Reflections
Are there any comments, suggestions, frustrations, or things you’d like your instructor to know about your experience?
If you don’t have anything to share, you can simply write “N/A.”
Purpose
This reflection focuses on your own work and learning. Think of it as a chance to step back, take stock of what you accomplished, and reflect on how you’ve grown—and what you might do differently in future projects.
