Teamwork Survey

Due: December 19, 2025

After completing your project presentation and report, each student must submit their own teamwork survey to Gradescope. This portion is focused on reflecting on the collaboration within your group.

This is your chance to evaluate how your group functioned, describe the roles each person played, and share anything you think I should know. If you had difficulties working in your group, please include those details.

Format

You may use any document creator (Quarto, LaTeX, Google Docs, MS Word). The final submission should be a PDF named survey.pdf.

Copy and paste the template below into your document and answer all questions. There is no specific length requirement.

For yourself:

- Describe your role in the project.
- Anything else you'd like me to know about.


For project group teammate 1:

- Write their name.
- Write a score for their level of teamwork, dedication and contribution to this project. Choose between 0-4, with 4 being the best.
- Were they able to contribute R code to the project?
- Describe their role/task in the project.
- Anything else you'd like me to know about.

Repeat the latter half of the template for each of your remaining teammates.
